- Operate and program CNC milling, CNC turning, and laser cutting machines.
- Set up tools, fixtures, and work offsets as per engineering drawings.
- Perform tapping, reaming, drilling, and finishing operations with precision.Perform tapping, reaming, drilling, and finishing operations with precision.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T.
- Conduct educational workshops and hands-on training projects.
- Organize and lead 3D printing workshops covering design, slicing, and simulation processes.
- Maintain machining quality, equipment calibration, and safety standards.
- Document machining processes, tool paths, and training sessions.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Mastercam,Powermill or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with CNC milling, turning, and laser cutting operations.
- understanding of material properties, machining parameters, and material strength.
- Knowledge of 3D printing technology, materials, and post-processing.
- Ability to teach 3D design and simulation workflows effectively.
- Understanding of precision measurement tools (Vernier, micrometer, height gauge, etc.). 07) Strong communication and mentoring skills for student training.
