This role is for someone who thinks in systems.

Someone who likes order, flow, and knowing exactly what exists, where it is, what stage it’s in, and what needs to happen next. Someone who can look at raw data, moving parts, and overlapping timelines and bring calm, structure, and clarity to it all.

If spreadsheets make sense to you the way playlists make sense to others, you’ll feel very at home here.

How do we wish to build this role with you?

Be the central nervous system for Aminu’s operations data.

• Own and maintain operational data across raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods
• Track inventory levels, usage, movement, and reorder requirements
• Build and manage Excel-based systems that teams actually use
• Align front-end demand with production and procurement realities
• Support forecasting of material and product requirements based on usage trends, lead times, and upcoming launches
• Flag risks early — stockouts, overstocking, delays — before they become problems
• Coordinate closely with all three co-founders to align timelines, priorities, and dependencies
• Ensure smooth information flow between operations, research, marketing, finance, and HR
• Support supplier coordination and negotiations using clear, data-backed insights
  
  

You won’t just be “updating sheets.” You’ll be helping the business improve gross margins and make smarter decisions sooner rather than later.

What We’re Looking For (Mandatory)

• This role is data-first, structure-driven, and execution-heavy. You’ll do well here if you:
• Are very strong with Excel (this is non-negotiable)
• Can design trackers that others actually understand and use
• Think in processes and flows, not isolated tasks
• Are naturally organised, methodical, and detail-oriented
• Communicate clearly and confidently with multiple stakeholders
• Are proactive, you flag issues before they become fires
• Can handle ambiguity and evolving systems without freezing
• Are comfortable working in a fast-moving manufacturing environment
  
  

An engineering graduate or operations-focused background is welcome — internships and early exposure matter more than fancy titles.

Experience Level

• 0–4 years of relevant experience (inclusive of internships)
• Early-career professionals who are hungry to learn and build systems from the ground up will thrive here
• This is not a role for someone set in rigid ways or dependent on heavy software ecosystems
  
  

Added Advantage (Not Mandatory)

• Exposure to manufacturing, FMCG, pharma, cosmetics, or supply-chain environments
• Basic understanding of procurement or vendor coordination
• Willingness to gradually understand skincare ingredients and materials
• (you don’t need to be a chemist — just curious and sharp)

Job Details

Location: On-site, Kandivali West, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Compensation: Based on experience and skill (open, honest conversation)
