Aurora provides community-based residential and day services for adults with intellectual disabilities, supported by a team of 300+ healthcare professionals. We support over 80 adults with intellectual disabilities in our dedicated and compassionate environment.
Role Overview
We are seeking a key driver and champion to support people in living fulfilling, self-determined lives. The PIC will lead daily operations in collaboration with their line manager, acting as a central communicator for families, multidisciplinary teams, senior management, and the community. Flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to our vision are essential.

Qualifications
- Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Applied Social Care, or Nursing (Intellectual Disability, Psychiatric, General, or Children’s).
- Relevant Management qualification (required).
- CORU registration (where applicable).
- 3+ years in a managerial healthcare role.
- Full, clean driving license and own transport (manual).
- Proven leadership ability and experience in resource planning.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of HIQA standards and certification.
- Competitive salary (HSE Social Care Leader scale: €56,915 - €66,465)
