This is a hands-on role where you'll work on a variety of repairs, from routine maintenance to troubleshooting major breakdowns.

Salary: $80000 - $105000.00 per year

Our trucks are the backbone of what we do, and we're looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic who takes pride in keeping equipment in top condition. This is a hands-on role where you'll work on a variety of repairs, from routine maintenance to troubleshooting major breakdowns.
What You'll Do
- Inspect, maintain, and repair our fleet of ready-mix trucks, semis, and heavy equipment
- Perform scheduled oil changes, brake jobs, tire repairs, and fluid services
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and diesel engines
- Diagnose mechanical issues using tools, equipment, and technical manuals
- Complete DOT inspections and ensure trucks are road-ready and compliant
- Keep accurate service and repair records in line with company and DOT standards
- Collaborate with drivers and dispatch to quickly resolve breakdowns and keep trucks in service
- Maintain shop tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment
- Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or Heavy Equipment Technician
- Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and air brakes
- CDL license preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Safety-focused with a positive, team-oriented attitude
