Responsibilities
- Create, maintain and archive SAP Master Data according to agreed business processes and Key Performance Indicators;
- Maintain an audit trail for Master Data information including SAP Data Dictionaries and relevant training material;
- Coordinate requests by Master Data owners and users;
- Ensure master data information conforms to the requirements as set up in the manual;
- Educate Master Data Owners and Users on business processes and right first time requests to facilitate flawless execution of SAP master data entry;
- Support team by providing subject matter expert advice on master data;
- Handle queries related to master data;
- Ability to communicate well with both internal and external clients globally;
- Continuously look for opportunities to simplify and improve current business process.
