Job Summary
AirNet II A&P Mechanics will insures inspections, servicing, repairs and maintenance are performed in accordance with the appropriate aircraft maintenance manual, company policies and procedures, and the Repair Station manual.
Functions/Responsibility
- Preflight and post flight checks for the aircraft
- Discrepancy repair on the aircraft
- Safely work in a shop environment using tools and equipment as necessary
- Complete assigned tasks outdoors and in inclement weather if required
- Insure that work performed gets inspected by the appropriate aircraft inspection personnel
- Complete required documentation for work performed
- Inspect, troubleshoot, adjust and repair aircraft and/or engines as assigned
- Complete required training as assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Use basic computer skills to complete and document tasks
- Work productively individually or with an assigned crew
- Works with integrity and desire to maintain a high quality standard
- Report failures or deficiencies immediately
- Pass background check and random DOT drug testing
- Overtime and/or weekend work may be required
Education Requirements:
- Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED
- A valid unrestricted driver’s license
- A&P License
- At least 3 years of maintenance experience
- Experience with Baron, Falcons, and Learjet 30 series, preferred
- Must pass DOT/FAA pre-employment drug screen and a DOT/FAA compliant background check
- Understand, read and write English
- Reliable, punctual, flexible, motivated, resourceful, energetic, organized and able to manage and be managed
- Ability to multi-task, respect, and maintain confidentiality
- Service oriented and able to work at a fast pace and handle stress and problematic issues well with a good attitude
- Communicate effectively and work within a team-focused environment

- There is no ability to work from home
- There will be no relocation package for this position
- Must have jet experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
