Job Purpose

To execute offboarding activities with employees and related stakeholders throughout the offboarding journey including offboarding document review and sign-off, notification to relevant stakeholders, offboarding records, offboarding information/data, and final clearance to maintain controls and improve positive offboarding experiences within the Bank.


Location

Head Office, Phnom Penh (1 post).


Major Areas of Responsibility

  • Receive and review daily offboarding documents from respective branches or functions.
  • Notify offboarding information upon approval via email to related stakeholders.
  • Work with Line Manager on normal offboarding cases and ensure proper handover of tasks as well as the Bank’s properties.
  • Track and prepare various reports related to offboarding reports and provide to relevant stakeholders (Audit, Information Security, Security, International Operation, etc..) in a timely manner following internal SLAs.
  • Issue offboarding document (Employment Certificate) and final document handover (Labor Book) to offboarding employees.
  • Collect final approved leave request from offboarding employee, verify leave record, calculate the accrued leave report, and submit the complete leave report of the offboarding employee to Employee Benefits Management Unit for processing final payment.
  • Keep-up-to-date with the HR Business Partner team and record any legal investigations on staff issues.
  • Facilitate Exit Interview/Exit Survey with employee and collects the employee’s ID card and uniforms.
  • Maintain proper and secure inactive employee personnel files and records of employee offboarding.
  • Facilitate HR archived files project following assignments from line manager.
  • Provide support and identify ways to improve offboarding experiences within the Bank.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, finance & banking and/or related fields.
  • Minimum one year of experience in HR Administration, HR Services and/or related fields.
  • Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • Good knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and practices is advantage.
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle private, sensitive, confidential information appropriately.
  • Intermediate level of English literacy.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office (MS. Excel, Office 365…)
  • Attention to details and accuracy.
