Operations Officer (UM)
Location: Phnom Penh

Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepares necessary documentation and reports
- Coordinates move-in and move-out processes
- Serves as the main point of contact for tenant communication
- Arranges maintenance and cleaning services as needed
- Sources and coordinates with vendors when required
- Assists agents with viewings of UM units
- Works with marketing team for photo & video shooting to promote the unit
- Compiles and submits monthly reports
- Performs other duties as assigned by line manager
- Year 2 or fresh graduated from bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field
- Excellent English in writing and verbal communication skills
- Able to interact with a wide range of clients, vendors, personnel, and their demands
- Self-motivated, reliable, and professional, attention to detail
- Willing to work under pressure
- Problem solving skill
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
