You will be responsible for the group hiring process, TA tools, careers pages, and recruitment agency partnerships, while also being actively involved in pre-boarding, onboarding, employer branding, and selected HR projects that enhance employee experience.

Key responsibilities

Group Talent Acquisition Ownership

  • Own and continuously develop the group-wide hiring process across the UK and Europe
  • Act as the owner of the Talent Acquisition system / ATS, including configuration, data quality, reporting, and continuous improvement
  • Own and maintain careers pages and job posting processes
  • Define and monitor recruitment KPIs and hiring standards at group level

Hiring & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for key roles across multiple European countries
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across the group

Recruitment Agency Management

  • Own and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies
  • Select, onboard, brief, and performance-manage agencies
  • Negotiate terms and ensure cost-effective, high-quality delivery

Pre-boarding & Onboarding

  • Own and continuously improve pre-boarding and onboarding processes across the group
  • Coordinate contracts, documentation, and onboarding logistics with HR and local partners
  • Act as a key contact for new hires during their early journey

Employer Branding

  • Drive and support employer branding initiatives across the UK and Europe
  • Own recruitment-related content on the careers site and LinkedIn
  • Support campaigns, talent communities, and recruitment marketing initiatives

HR & People Projects

  • Support HR and People & Culture projects such as office events, engagement initiatives, and internal development activities
  • Contribute to day-to-day people operations where needed
  • Actively support initiatives that improve employee experience and culture

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a group or international environment
  • Strong experience owning end-to-end hiring processes and TA tools (ATS)
  • Experience hiring in the UK and across Europe
  • Experience working with and managing recruitment agencies
  • Genuine interest in HR, people operations, and employee experience
  • Comfortable combining strategic ownership with hands-on execution
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Structured, proactive, and self-driven

What we offer

  • Salary: approximately £80,000 (depending on experience)
  • Hybrid work model
  • Fully equipped home office
  • 5% pension contribution
  • 25 days of annual leave (plus public holidays)
  • Flexible working hours
  • Private healthcare
  • Wellness allowance: £400 per year
