Position
Responsible for end-to-end delivery of aircraft induction and redelivery projects, ensuring compliance with airworthiness regulations and contractual requirements. Leads a small team of highly skilled professionals and manages additional CAMO projects, with accountability for scope, schedule, quality, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead aircraft inductions and redeliveries ensuring compliance and on-time delivery
- Oversee aircraft records, maintenance status, and airworthiness conditions
- Ensure compliance with EASA Part-CAMO / Part-145 requirements
- Plan and manage CAMO projects, including schedules, risks, and resources
- Provide updates and escalation to CAMO Manager
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate a small team of CAMO professionals
- Ensure continuing airworthiness and support audits
- Liaise with lessors, MROs, OEMs, and aviation authorities
Qualifications
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in CAMO or airline engineering
- Experience in aircraft inductions, transitions, or redeliveries
- Knowledge of EASA Part-CAMO and Part-145
- Project leadership experience; PMP or PRINCE2 advantageous
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Excellent project management and organisation
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple projects

- PMP certification or equivalent experience
- Experience in lease transitions
- Knowledge of fleet types
- Experience with aviation authorities
