What we're looking for

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Director to lead a core business unit.

In this role, you’ll manage Client Managers and Campaign Managers through two team leaders, driving high performance and strong client results.

As a key client-facing leader and part of the management team, you will build strong relationships with clients, act as a trusted partner, and drive growth through data-driven digital strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop managers, providing direction, support, and clear priorities to ensure strong team performance and alignment.
• Drive performance, ensuring strong client results and high execution standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients as a strategic partner.
• Oversee account performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop team capabilities and ensure effective, scalable workflows.
• Contribute to business decisions as part of the management team.

What we're looking for you to have

• 6+ years in a digital/performance marketing
• Experience managing large/complex client portfolios
• Experience managing teams, including team leaders
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
• Hands-on experience in digital channels & campaign management
• Highly driven persona with strong ownership and a results-oriented mindset
