Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will render full spectrum of HR support to our Hong Kong, China and Taiwan operations. These range from talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations & engagement, HR analytics, etc. He/She will also participate in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience in sizeable companies with PRC exposure
- Well-versed in Hong Kong and PRC Employment Ordinance
- Effective interpersonal and communications skills
- Self-motivated, good analytical thinking and numeric sense
- Team player, multi-tasking and detail-oriented
- Strong in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
