Job Duties:
- Field operations: Direct daily work across scope of the job, coordinating temporary works, access, laydown, traffic control, and public interface on constrained urban sites.

- Quality & commissioning: Enforce QA/QC, ITPs, and mock‑ups; lead punch list and deficiency closure; coordinate start‑up, commissioning, and system turnovers.
- Design/constructability: Lead constructability reviews; resolve field clashes and tolerances with structures/MEP/architectural finishes; support BIM‑enabled coordination.
- Commercial acumen: Validate quantities, measure work‑in‑place, support change management, and verify progress for pay applications; monitor production rates and earned value.
- Stakeholder management: Coordinate with owner reps, authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs), utilities, concessions/tenants, and operations teams to protect public safety and minimize disruption.
- People leadership: Mentor superintendents and field engineers; set clear expectations with trade partners; run daily huddles, weekly coordination, and visual management routines.
- Compliance & permits: Ensure adherence to codes, permits, and environmental requirements; maintain documentation and as‑builts for closeout.
- Risk & readiness: Anticipate weather/seasonal impacts, long‑lead items, and supply chain risks; implement mitigations and contingency plans.
