To support the expansion of its US team, Antares Vision North America, a division of Antares Vision Group, is seeking an East Coast Sales Manager for its Life Science division. This sales professional should have deep experience in pharmaceutical packaging to lead complex, consultative sales across engineering, IT, quality, and operations. This role focuses on automated inspection, vision systems, serialization, track & trace, and supply chain transparency—helping manufacturers improve quality, compliance, OEE, and DSCSA readiness.
Ideal background includes selling capital equipment or technical solutions into GMP-regulated environments, managing long sales cycles, and driving both account growth and new business development. The customer base mainly consists of pharmaceutical manufacturers and machine builders serving the pharmaceutical industry.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in complex or project-based sales
- Background in industrial automation and/or custom-built machinery, a plus
- Frequent Travel
- Flexibility and strong results focus
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Natural problem-solving mindset and ability to manage complex relationships
