General Accountant

Anton Paar Philippines Inc, a new wholly-owned subsidiary in the Philippines established on January 2023 is looking for a reliable & trustworthy individual to join the Team as an Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Reports to and works directly with the Finance Manager.
• Manages accounts payable (invoices and expenses) and accounts receivable (creating invoices and following up on collections from customers).
• Handles petty cash and travel expenses of employees.
• Prepares journal entries, and ensures completeness of all transactions in the books.
• Performs bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations.
• Performs month end closing activities.
• Assists audit works, and in tax return preparations.
• Assists with the preparation of financial statements, and other reports for management review.
• General administrative support, such as managing financial mailboxes, filing of accounting documents, etc.
  
  

Your profile:

Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required with 3-5 years work experience
• CPA preferred
• Experienced with SAP Hana S/4.
• Good knowledge on MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
