Position Summary
The Service Development Representative (SDR) is a part-time role responsible for generating and qualifying new service opportunities through outreach, relationship building, and needs discovery. This position serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients and plays a key role in supporting the organization’s growth by connecting interested parties with the appropriate service offerings.

This role may be performed remotely or in a hybrid/on-site setting depending on organizational needs. Reliable internet access and a quiet workspace are required for remote positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound outreach via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients based on service needs
- Schedule consultations for senior team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM or tracking system
- Clearly explain services, value propositions, and next steps to potential clients
- Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent messaging
- Meet or exceed activity and performance goals (e.g., calls, appointments set)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, outreach, or a related role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new contacts
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time independently
- Proficient with basic technology (email, CRM systems, scheduling tools)
- Experience in service-based industries (e.g., healthcare, education, professional services)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., OnePage)
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally
- Goal-oriented mindset with a collaborative attitude
- Hourly pay: $20 per hour plus Commission (10% on deals $1,000-$2,000 15% on deals $2,001 to $3,000; 20% commission on deals $3,001 plus).
