About The Role

We’re on the lookout for a Finance Administrator to join our growing finance team in Leeds. You’ll play a vital role in our day-to-day operations, helping us stay sharp, accurate, and responsive in everything from invoicing to client queries.

This is the perfect role for someone who loves solving problems, enjoys speaking to people, and takes pride in staying on top of the details.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building strong relationships with customers while managing accounts receivable
  • Contacting clients to resolve outstanding payments, always with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborating with our sales and customer service teams to tackle any billing queries head-on
  • Preparing and issuing invoices, statements, and payment reminders
  • Keeping records up to date and accurate, because precision matters
  • Providing reports to management so we can make confident, informed decisions
  • Occasionally supporting our Finance Director and Operations Director with general tasks and queries
  • Taking card payments from clients over the phone securely and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in credit control, finance admin, or a similar role
  • A confident phone manner, clear, friendly, and professional
  • Strong data entry and organisational skills with a razor-sharp eye for detail
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems on the fly
