Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure a seamless, personalized, and memorable dining experience for all guests.
- Handle VIP guests with discretion and professionalism.
- Address guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor during service hours.
- Operations Management
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring service flows smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service and order accuracy.
- Monitor table turnover, reservations, and seating plans.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise, train, and mentor service staff.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily priorities.
- Ensure grooming, discipline, and adherence to service etiquette standards.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Quality & Standards Control
- Maintain premium service standards aligned with fine dining expectations.
- Ensure proper table settings, ambiance, and cleanliness at all times.
- Monitor food and beverage presentation before serving.
- Sales & Upselling
- Drive revenue through upselling and promoting high-margin items.
- Ensure staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings, ingredients, and pairings.
- Support achievement of daily and monthly revenue targets.
- Administrative Duties
- Prepare shift reports and operational updates.
- Monitor staff attendance and scheduling.
- Assist in inventory control and coordination with procurement if required.
