Scope :

You will report directly to a Product Manager in the Cosmetics & Fragrance Product Line. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams.

Main activities :

- Market analysis: use of internal databases, global product news, store checks, trend analysis, competitive analysis.

- Development of sales support tools: decorated samples, brochures, catalogs, product sheets, client presentations, website.

- Participation in product development : development of marketing samples, launch tools, training of internal teams.

- Management of internal communication tools for the sales force: sample library (Europe), Intranet (Global), monthly internal newsletter, trade show preparation.

- Participation in the development of the marketing plan for the Product Line.

Accountability including KPIs :

You and your manager will work together on an action plan when you start the job.

Profile (Experience & qualifications) :

You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree (from a business school or university) with a major in marketing and have some initial experience in product marketing or communications. You are creative and have strong interpersonal skills, with excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. You are proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, powerpoint). Fluency in English is essential to join an international team.
