
Role: Marketing Trainee
Mission: As a Marketing Intern, you will support the execution of marketing activities, working closely with the Country Lead and Commercial Director, as well as the Marketing team, in the implementation of campaigns and initiatives.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in real projects and gain exposure to a wide range of marketing activities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Location: Lisboa Office
- Working Model: Hybrid, according to the company’s policy
- Working Hours: Within the company’s standard working hours
- Internship Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 6 months more
Main Tasks:
- Assist in the execution of marketing activities by supporting the implementation of medical promotion strategies.
- Assist in the development and management of promotional materials and samples by supporting the translation of leaflets, brochures, and other materials related to medicines/products from Spanish or English into Portuguese.
- Support communication with external partners, including creative agencies and printers, helping to ensure that materials are aligned with the company’s requirements and assisting in conducting market research for the sourcing and production of materials.
- Assist in the processing and monitoring of investments by supporting the tracking of investments in materials and activities to ensure they remain within the allocated budget.
- Support the organization and preparation of events and sessions by assisting in ensuring that all necessary materials are available for the management of events with Medical and Pharmacy teams.
- Assist in market, competition, and company brand analysis by the organization of databases, helping to create charts and tables, and assisting in identifying new competitors entering the market.
- Collaborate closely with the Country Lead and Commercial Director, as well as with different areas within the Marketing department, gaining exposure to a wide range of marketing functions.
