We are seeking an experienced Cold Caller with a strong background in US Commercial Real Estate to support outbound lead generation activities. This is a hourly-based role (2–3 hours per day) for a short-term project, with the possibility of evolving into a long-term or full-time opportunity based on performance. Candidates with Commercial real estate experience will be considered.


Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to US commercial property owners, investors, and decision-makers
  • Identify ownership, decision-makers, and contact details
  • Qualify leads based on interest, motivation, and property details
  • Capture accurate call notes and outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets
  • Maintain professional communication and calling etiquette
  • Follow provided scripts while adapting conversations naturally


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in US Commercial Real Estate cold calling
  • Experience calling on commercial asset types such as office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and land
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate terminology
  • Excellent spoken English.
  • Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with decision-makers
  • Ability to work independently and meet call targets
  • Reliable internet connection and calling setup
  • Philippines-based candidates preferred


Work Details:

  • Hours: 2–3 hours per day
  • US Time Zone: EST, PST or HST (depending on client time zone)
  • Hourly Pay
  • Budget: $3–$4.5/hour
