The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CRM integrations, API management, and workflow automation, ensuring seamless data flow and optimized business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage HubSpot integrations with third-party applications (ERP, marketing tools, e-commerce platforms, etc.
- Develop and maintain custom workflows, APIs, and data synchronization processes between HubSpot and other systems.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
- Manage HubSpot API connections, custom objects, and data mapping for various business processes.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance during integration processes.
- Provide documentation, training, and support for internal teams on integration processes.
- Stay updated on HubSpot features, APIs, and integration best practices.
- Experience : 3-7 years in HubSpot administration and integrations.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows, custom objects, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in data mapping, ETL processes, and automation tools.
- Knowledge of programming/scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, or similar for custom integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- HubSpot certifications such as HubSpot CMS, HubSpot Marketing, or HubSpot Operations Hub.
- Experience with middleware platforms like Zapier, Workato, or MuleSoft.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks
