We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the sales team for Business Coaching.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospects in the pre-sales phase to understand their business requirements and pain points.
Conduct requirement gathering and gap analysis to align client needs with EXPAND ERP solutions.
Organise and coordinate product demonstrations, showcasing relevant features tailored to the client’s business scenarios.
Translate customer requirements into actionable inputs for the product and consulting teams.
Prepare proposals and presentations in consultation with management.
Drive the sales cycle to closure through structured follow-ups, ensuring timely completion of all activities.
Collaborate closely with the consulting and product teams to enhance client experience and continuously refine offerings.
