Your Mission
Own and scale Adsquare’s data operations by ensuring seamless data ingestion, processing, automation, and delivery across all partner platforms.
What You Will Do
Data Execution & Automation
- Own and deliver internal data projects end-to-end
- Translate operational goals into clear work packages
- Build automation workflows (incl. AI tools) to reduce manual work
- Ensure smooth data delivery across all partner channels
- Monitor and improve data quality and reliability
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve them
Data Distribution & Integrations
- Manage data syndication across DSPs, DMPs, and platforms
- Support taxonomy mapping and partner integrations
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems
Operational Efficiency & Scalability
- Analyse partner usage and optimize distribution
- Improve efficiency in taxonomy and package management
- Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams on pricing and availability
Your Profile
- 3–5 years experience in Data Ops, Data Engineering, or AdTech
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Experience with ETL workflows (dbt is a plus)
- Familiar with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Snowflake)
- Experience with data quality monitoring
- Understanding of AdTech ecosystem (DSPs, segmentation, taxonomy)
- Experience with dashboards (Tableau, Sigma, etc.)
- Strong communicator (technical + business stakeholders)
- Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented
- Interest in AI/automation with practical examples
