What You’ll Do

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient accounts payable operations while supporting both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing a high volume of vendor invoices using an electronic approval system
  • Managing daily invoice batching into accounting software
  • Ensuring timely and accurate payment processing in line with weekly schedules
  • Maintaining accounts payable records, including wire and auto-debit updates
  • Reviewing vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
  • Maintaining vendor documentation (W-9s, insurance certificates, etc.)
  • Providing responsive, professional support to vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Generating and analyzing reports throughout the month
  • Supporting month-end close processes and general ledger accuracy
  • Performing bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with year-end reporting, including 1099 and 1096 preparation
  • Managing recurring invoices and making necessary adjustments
  • Collaborating across departments to support operational and financial goals


What You Bring

  • Associate’s degree in accounting (or currently pursuing)
  • 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with Yardi is a plus
