Acendas Travel has an opening at one of our long-term corporate clients with a positive company culture and office environment. The Onsite Manager will collaborate with the onsite travel agent and work directly with the leaders of the corporate client.
This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus; details will be discussed during the offer process.
Job Summary
The Onsite Corporate Travel Manager provides quality customer service to one of Acendas Travel's corporate clients located in the greater Kansas City area. The role is responsible for completing domestic and/or international reservations, while accurately managing all travel requests, and following the appropriate process and procedures. This individual must be a self-directed and technology-driven team player.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include
- Provide travel related expertise to client’s employees by scheduling flight, hotel, and car accommodations.
- Offer solutions and options that meet all travel requirements while ensuring compliance with the company’s travel policy and maintaining cost efficiency.
- Create clear and concise itineraries which include all pertinent information.
- Communicate necessary documentation requirements such as passports, visas, or other clearances required for international travel.
- Utilize instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Update Concur profiles as needed.
- Partner with the organization in promoting, implementing, and supporting adherence to the company’s travel policy.
- Completes special projects, as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school degree; required, college experience, a plus.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ recent corporate travel experience required; travel agent or similar capacity required.
- Advanced working knowledge of corporate travel technology products, GDS (Sabre), Online Booking Tool (Concur); required.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; required.
- Ability to work onsite at client's location 5 days per week.
