The Recruiter - Talent Hunter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process by identifying, attracting, and securing top talent. Responsibilities include creating job postings, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and maintaining a talent pipeline. The role demands strong collaboration with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure an effective recruitment strategy. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Karachi Division.
- Strong sourcing abilities, including familiarity with recruitment platforms and social media networks
- Proficient in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates based on job requirements
- Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively
- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively and understand team dynamics
