ACTS is growing! We are seeking a compassionate, driven individual to join us in making a lasting impact through meaningful work on the Adult Mental Health Court Team!

What's In It for You?

Schedule: Monday-Friday Daytime hours (between 8:00am and 6:00pm)

Salary Range: $21.50/hr. plus bonus eligibility after 6 months of service

Location: This is a field-based position that performs duties at client service-oriented programs including secured facilities around the greater Tampa Bay area.

What You'll be Doing?

  • Determine appropriate client services through collaboration with Eligibility Screeners and review of the Needs Assessment.
  • Connect clients to appropriate provider within the network based on individual client needs.
  • Coordinate all required reports and services with HCSO, court partners and Hillsborough County as needed.
  • Process and track all new-law-violations until disposition by the court.
  • Complete all required forms and reports within the required time frame.
  • Complete documentation within required time frame.
  • Connect clients to appropriate activities based on individual client needs.
  • Provide Case Management services in the community.
  • Transport Clients in ACTS Vehicle, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What is Required?

  • Bachelor's degree
  • One year of behavioral health experience
  • Valid Florida Driver License. Regular daytime travel is required between ACTS locations and community-based programs. This position does not require overnight travel.
  • Eligibility status, as determined by Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida Statutes, Chapter 435 and/or Local Law.
