
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop media content plans aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives and ongoing initiatives.
- Create and refine key communication messages to ensure consistency of the institutional voice across all channels.
- Manage and monitor the editorial calendar.
- Produce and draft various types of media content (news, reports, success stories, and informational materials).
- Oversee the production of visual and audio content in coordination with technical teams.
- Review and edit content to ensure linguistic accuracy and professional quality before publication.
- Manage official social media accounts in line with approved publishing policies.
- Optimize digital content performance based on audience behavior and engagement analysis.
- Plan and execute professional media coverage for events and initiatives.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure integrated coverage and highlight key messages.
- Document events and prepare media reports reflecting impact and outcomes.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with media outlets and journalists.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze trends related to the organization.
- Ensure all media materials comply with brand identity and approved policies.
- Control publishing and approval processes in accordance with regulatory frameworks.
- Enhance content presentation methods in line with modern digital media trends.
- Leverage data and modern technologies to improve output quality.
- Conduct regular media and digital monitoring activities.
- Prepare analytical reports including performance indicators and development recommendations.
- Measure the media impact of campaigns and initiatives, linking them to institutional goals.
- Contribute to developing crisis communication response scenarios.
- Support the preparation of official statements and clarifications during emergencies.
- Monitor media engagement during crises and provide immediate reports.
