Bundaleer Homecare is seeking a compassionate and motivated Casual Enrolled Nurse to join our supportive healthcare team. This role is ideal for an experienced Enrolled Nurse who is flexible, patient-focused, and committed to providing high-quality clinical care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
You must be dedicated to working and understanding the residential aged care environment and standards. We have a range of shifts available and a culture of high-level empathy and compassion for our residents.

- Reporting to the Registered Nurse, you will lead the care team
- Coordinate care in an allocated section of home and ensuring care plan compliance throughout the shift
- Conduct health assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate clinical records and compliance with policies and procedures
- Support and promote a culture of safety, dignity, and respect
- Registration with the AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse is mandatory
- One-year of experience as a enrolled nurse in a residential aged care setting is desirable (new entrants will be considered)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care
- Flexibility to work across varied shifts (including weekends if required)
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current CPR certificate and relevant mandatory training
