As an HR Business Partner at All Options, you will play a key role in strengthening our HR business partnering capability as we continue to scale internationally. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior stakeholders, helping to shape and deliver practical, high-impact people strategies in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
This role is suited to an experienced HR professional with 3–5 years of experience who is confident operating in a dynamic, international setting and ready to take ownership of a broad HRBP role. You will partner closely with the business across Europe and the US, ensuring our people practices are scalable, well-structured, and support both performance and growth.
As All Options continues its international expansion, you will also contribute to developing and embedding consistent HR practices across regions, while balancing local compliance requirements with global standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to managers and leadership, providing proactive and practical advice on all people-related matters.
- Support the full employee lifecycle from a strategic HR perspective, including workforce planning, performance management, development, and retention.
- Lead and embed performance management processes, including goal setting frameworks, feedback cycles, talent reviews, and performance improvement plans.
- Advise on complex employee relations cases, applying strong knowledge of Dutch labour law and supporting international considerations where relevant.
- Ensure consistent application and continuous improvement of HR policies, frameworks, and processes across the organisation.
- Translate business needs into effective people strategies, supporting organisational design, change initiatives, and international scaling efforts.
- Use HR data and insights to support decision-making, identify trends, and provide clear recommendations.
- Contribute to and lead HR projects across engagement, performance, capability building, and organisational development.
- Build strong, credible relationships across the business and act as a visible and influential HR partner.
Key Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or a senior HR position with strong exposure to partnering with managers and leadership teams.
- Strong working knowledge of Dutch labour law; experience in international or multi-jurisdictional environments is a plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or international environment (e.g. scale-up, financial services, or similar).
- Strong experience in performance management, employee relations, and organisational development.
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong understanding of how HR supports organisational effectiveness and performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and influence at all levels.
- Data-driven approach, with experience using HR metrics to support decision-making.
- Experience contributing to or leading initiatives in areas such as Learning & Development, engagement, or culture is highly advantageous.
