Summary:
The main function of a marketing manager is to lead the research of market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. A typical marketing manager is responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution.
Job Responsibilities:
● Support the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels, including brand, digital, social, integrated, and partner marketing.
● Assist in coordinating campaign timelines, asset delivery, and approvals between internal teams and external content partners.
● Help manage content requests from STVP to all content partners, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
● Monitor campaign performance, develop go-to-market decks, and support in analyzing KPIs to track results.
● Research market trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to inform campaign planning.
● Collaborate with brand, content, merchandising, and creative teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of marketing activities.
● Support the coordination of events, promotions, and local brand activations as needed.
● Contribute to the organization and maintenance of marketing assets and documentation.

Requirements:
● Level of experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, media, or a related field.
● Experience using AI in marketing.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
● Eagerness to learn about marketing strategy, campaign management, and brand communication.
● Detail-oriented.
● Adaptable to different systems (G Drive, SharePoint, Airtable).
● Motivated, self-starter who is able to complete tasks on tight timelines.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required.
- 5-7 years or related experience required.
