We're looking for a motivated Finance or Accounting student to join our Finance team for Summer 2026. You'll work with live data, support reports that reach senior leadership, and get a ground-level view of how finance operates inside a complex, multi-site business.

This Internship is set to begin in June and end in August.

Work Location & Schedule:

This is a hybrid position that requires 4 days/week on-site in our Exton, PA location. On-site days are Monday through Thursday with a remote day on Friday. The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday.

What you will learn and how you will make an impact:

• Review and maintain ACR's weekly cash forecast, tracking actuals vs. projections and surfacing variances for leadership review
• Support headcount and metrics reporting across business units in partnership with HR and Finance, with a focus on data accuracy and trend identification
• Coordinate with Commercial Operations to create and analyze standard monthly reports across business units — learning how performance is measured enterprise-wide
• Contribute to SG&A spend reporting and trend analysis, helping translate cost data into clear, actionable narrative
  
  

Requirements

What you will need to qualify for ACR's Internship Program:

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree at an accredited college or university
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Availability to meet both the work location and work schedule requirements
• Availability for a hybrid work schedule including 4 days on-site in our Exton, PA location
  
  

What you will need to be successful in this Internship:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (rising junior, senior, or graduate student preferred)
• Strong Excel skills; experience with financial modeling or reporting tools a plus
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Clear communicator who can work across functions
• Genuinely curious about how businesses operate
