About The Role
This is a hands-on Creative Director role with the chance to help shape the creative output of Anything is Possible. You’ll work directly with the Executive Director, Creative, Content and Social to develop ideas, raise craft standards and build a modern creative function inside a tech-focused agency.
We’re looking for someone with strong art direction and design foundations, confident across digital, social, OOH and video, and excited about how technology and AI can drive new ways of working. You’ll bring insight from working with media teams or on campaign creative, and know how to build ideas that land across channels.
You’ll set the visual direction of campaigns, lift the work through your own craft and inspire the team to experiment, push ideas and use new tools intelligently.
You’ll collaborate with producers and partners to take projects from concept to final delivery, and play an active role in shaping how creativity and technology come together at Anything is Possible.
Key Responsibilities
Set the visual direction and creative standard across digital, social, OOH, video and broadcast
Work closely with the Executive Director, Creative, Content and Social to define the creative vision for the agency
Champion the use of technology and AI to improve craft, speed, experimentation and workflow
Translate strategic insights into clear, channel-ready concepts
Mentor and inspire designers, copywriters, content creatives and motion designers
Lead by example through hands-on design and art direction
Develop campaign systems and master assets that scale across formats and markets
Present creative ideas with clarity and confidence
Build strong client relationships and support pitch work
About You
A hands-on Creative Director with strong art direction and design expertise
Experienced across digital, social, video and integrated campaign environments
Naturally curious about technology and excited by its potential to improve creative work
Comfortable exploring and applying AI tools to enhance craft and workflow
Skilled at mentoring and inspiring multidisciplinary creatives
Confident in presenting ideas and shaping new business responses
Practical, decisive and able to raise the quality of work through direct involvement
Collaborative, culturally aware and driven to help build a forward looking creative department
