Operations Manager

Location: London

Circa £110,000

This is a great job for someone who thrives at the heart of senior leadership, enjoys shaping strategy as much as making things happen, and brings clarity and momentum to complex environments.

If you’re experienced in technology or enterprise operations, comfortable working with executives, and motivated by creating order, insight and pace — this role could be a great next step.

A bit about the job

In CIO Customer & Marketing (C&M), we build and run the technology that powers Aviva’s customer data, digital journeys, and targeted marketing — helping millions of customers every day.

As Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with the C&M CIO to shape and land strategy, keep priorities on track, and make sure governance, risk and performance are visible and well managed.

You’ll be at the centre of decision making — preparing for Board and Executive forums, connecting the dots across plans and delivery, and making sure the CIO and leadership team are set up to succeed.

It’s a role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, where your impact will be felt across the function and the wider Aviva Group.
