Associate to help lead and expand our ministry to female young adults and female college
students.
This full-time role is centered on Small Group ministry—recruiting and developing leaders,
multiplying groups, and helping students grow as disciples of Jesus who make disciples.
Responsibilities include leading weekly Bible studies, engaging students on campus, building
meaningful relationships, and planning events, retreats, and service opportunities that connect
people to Jesus and to one another. We’re seeking a female with a passion for discipleship, strong relational and leadership skills, and
the ability to invest deeply in the lives of young adults and college students.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Passion for church ministry and disciple-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive, teachable spirit
- Strong organizational skills
Applications will be received through May 30, 2026, with plans to start the interview process in
June.
