The position will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records of the poultry farm, monitoring and analyzing farm-related costs (feeds, chicks, medications), ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, supporting operational decision-making through timely and reliable financial reporting, and overseeing basic HR and administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day-farm operations. Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention bto detail and accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems, and effective communication and coordination abilities.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience; experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or poultry operations is an advantage; experience in handling inventory and cost accounting is preferred
Knowledge: Basic accounting principles and financial reporting; cost accounting and inventory management; tax compliance and regulatory requirements; familiarity with basic HR functions (timekeeping, payroll support, employee records management)
Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail and accuracy; proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; good communication skills
