- Job Objective
- Planning, scheduling, and coordinating to ensure smooth colour change and post process stabilization
- Primary responsibilities
Strategic Planning Activities:
- Accountable for overall colour change activities and Process stabilisation post colour change
- > Overall coordination with Gelatine room regarding the time and sequence of colour change > setting up the norms for feed tank, coordinate for delivery of feed tank to prepare dip bath > coordinate with wash room for timely availability of dip bath > Accountable for dip bath filling > IPQC post dip bath filling > Dip bath change, Line clearance coordination> process stabilisation post colour change > Handover to Line in charge> coordinating clearing the material post colour change( Dark to light & preservative to Non preservative )
- Scheduled activity planning - Greaser change, Collet ring, Jaw plate change, Blade change, Joiner bush change, Cut length verification and corrections
- PM/ Auto-head change / Size change planning and coordination & Process stabilisation post the changes.
- Coordination for DB change every 3 days
- Regular checks such as 4 corner temperature, dip length, centrality parallality etc.
