Responsibilities

Reaching out to potential clients via phone
Responding to client inquiries (phone and email)
Working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Monitoring trends in currency, commodity, cryptocurrency, and stock index markets
Working in a young, dynamic, and supportive team in a friendly atmosphere

Requirements

Strong communication skills
Well-developed interpersonal skills and a high standard of personal conduct
Punctuality in task execution and excellent self-organization
Interest in investment, exchange, and over-the-counter markets
Essential: ease of building relationships and willingness to learn
Good command of English, both written and spoken

Nice to have

Sales experience in financial institutions
