Missions
Rattaché au Responsable du site d'Angers, vous l'assisterez sur les missions suivantes :
1/ Standardisation Des Process Opérationnels
- Participer à la formalisation et à la mise jour des process logistiques
- Contribuer à la rédaction des procédures et bonnes pratiques
- Accompagner leur déploiement auprès des équipes
- Contribuer à des projets d'optimisation des flux et de performance
- Suivre les indicateurs opérationnels et proposer des actions d'amélioration
- Participer à des audits et ateliers d'amélioration ( qualité, organisation, couts)
- Accompagner l'utilisation et l'optimisation du WMS
- Optimiser l'organisation des flux et des zones de picking ( mapping, réimplantation)
- Etre un support aux équipes terrain ( formation, accompagnement)
- Formation BAC + 2 / Bac +3 en logistique (type BTS MEL ou équivalent)
- Une première expérience en environnement logistique et un plus
- Vous êtes rigoureux et avez un esprit analytique
