About The Role
This is a hands-on Internship role where you will shadow and support Project Managers in managing e-commerce projects from inception to close. You will gain practical experience in customer engagement, resource coordination, and project planning under the guidance of experienced professionals. This role is designed to help you build professional relationships and understand project management or software development methodologies in a real-world environment.

About The Role
This is a hands-on Internship role where you will shadow and support Project Managers in managing e-commerce projects from inception to close. This role is designed to help you build professional relationships and understand project management or software development methodologies in a real-world environment.
What will you be doing?
- Project Support: Assisting Project Managers with planning, gathering information, and updating standard project documentation.
- Coordination & Logistics: Supporting the coordination of project resources, meeting schedules, and project accounting tasks (e.g., time recording).
- Communication: Helping prepare materials for stakeholders, assisting with status reports, and participating in project review meetings.
- Change Control Management: Supporting the process of managing and controlling changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, including documenting change requests.
- Issue Tracking: Learning to identify and report project issues to the Project Manager.
- Availability: This internship is for students who need to complete at least 1-month mandatory internship as part of their degree. Start date: 01.07.2026
- Education: Current student or recent graduate with relevant coursework.
- Mindset: An eagerness to learn about e-commerce, logistics, fulfillment processes, and supporting IT systems.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organization and a proactive attitude toward learning.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Jira and project management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Theoretical understanding of project management or software development methodologies.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making and data analysis skills.
