Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to join our team at Atyantik Technologies, Vadodara (Onsite role). With 6–10 years of experience in software quality assurance (including at least 2–3 years in a lead role), you will play a key role in defining and driving the QA strategy across web and mobile applications. You will lead a team of QA engineers, ensuring high standards of quality through manual, automation, API, and performance testing while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership – Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers, promoting collaboration and quality-first culture.
QA Strategy & Processes – Define, implement, and continuously improve QA processes, documentation standards, and best practices.
Testing Coverage – Oversee manual, automation, API, and performance testing across web and mobile applications.
Test Planning – Design and review test plans, ensuring coverage of functionality, usability, scalability, and reliability.
Collaboration – Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align quality goals with business needs.
Automation & CI/CD – Drive automation initiatives, integrating frameworks into CI/CD pipelines for faster and more reliable releases.
Defect Management – Manage defect lifecycle, track and analyze issues, and ensure root cause resolutions.
Innovation – Stay updated on QA trends, tools, and methodologies, bringing innovative practices into the team.
Qualifications And Experiences
Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience – 6–10 years in QA with at least 2–3 years in a lead capacity.

- Strong expertise in manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, or similar).
- Proficiency with test management and bug tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.).
- Experience in API testing using tools such as Postman or Insomnia, with a solid understanding of REST endpoints.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- 6–10 years of QA experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in manual, automation, and API testing.
- ISTQB (or equivalent) certification.
- Proficiency with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG.
- Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Exposure to AI/ML, NLP, and LLM testing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Performance & security testing (JMeter, LoadRunner, OWASP).
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to drive QA culture and ownership within the team.
