
- Prepare comprehensive proposals and cost estimates for prospective projects.
- Develop detailed project plans upon project finalization, including timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure receipt of advance payments as per project terms.
- Oversee preparation of draft questionnaires in line with project objectives.
- Obtain questionnaire approvals from internal leadership (CMO, CMD) and clients.
- Share detailed project and questionnaire briefs with all departmental HODs.
- Plan fieldwork execution, including manpower and logistics, in coordination with the Operations team.
- Ensure preparation and approval of sample videos through Training and Quality teams.
- Coordinate with the Training team for effective training of field teams on questionnaires and processes.
- Monitor data quality continuously during live fieldwork in coordination with Quality and Data Analytics teams.
- Track productivity at both overall and hourly levels with the Operations team.
- Review project costing and monitor budget adherence in coordination with the Accounts team.
- Analyze interim and overall summary reports to identify and rectify data errors.
- Maintain detailed project trackers to monitor fieldwork status and progress.
- Study and validate the final summary report for accuracy and insights.
- Prepare draft presentations based on research findings and insights.
- Obtain final presentation approvals from CMO and CMD.
- Present findings and insights to clients in a professional and impactful manner.
- Collect client testimonials and feedback post project completion.
- Ensure project closure by coordinating receipt of outstanding payments.
