Position Overview

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation is seeking an Associate Manager, Resilient Communities to support major Foundation programs, including the Small Business B(AI)sics program, which equips small business owners and entrepreneurs with practical AI knowledge and tools to strengthen resilience, drive innovation, and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program workstreams from planning through execution, including workshops and events.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans and timelines.
  • Support AI-enabled initiatives and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate on curriculum development and training materials.
  • Produce insights and summaries supporting thought leadership initiatives.
  • Apply AI tools to optimize communications and workflows.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting metrics.
  • Build relationships with chambers of commerce and strategic partners.
  • Manage Salesforce CRM records and reporting.


Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, including generative AI and large language models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as needed.


The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $85,000.00. The actual salary paid for this position will vary based on market data, an applicant’s qualifications, relevant degrees, certifications, and other factors. Our full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including health care, vision, dental, retirement, and paid leave.
