As a Salesperson , you will be a key member of ABYAT's Doors and Windows Department, responsible for providing expert advice and exceptional service to customers seeking high-quality door and window solutions for their homes and projects.
Responsibilities
As an ABYAT Salesperson , you will:
- Ensure your department is well-organized, properly priced, and fully stocked to provide customers with a positive shopping experience.
- Act as a product expert on windows, aluminum frames, glass panels, and internal and external door systems, helping customers make informed and confident purchasing decisions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Your values reflect ABYAT's values.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail sales within the doors, windows, aluminum, or glass sector.
- Strong product knowledge in doors, windows, and related finishing materials.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technology and systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales targets and personal objectives.
- Demonstrates initiative and seeks opportunities for self-development and career advancement.
