Key Responsibilities Include

  • Managing a client caseload and delivering counselling, coaching and psychological therapies (including group work)
  • Developing and implementing individual support plans to achieve mental health outcomes
  • Collaborating with families, RACF staff, clinicians and community partners
  • Providing psychoeducation and capacity‑building support to RACF staff
  • Maintaining high‑quality documentation and contributing to clinical governance and continuous improvement

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Psychologist, Social Worker, Counsellor, Registered Nurse or equivalent)
  • Current professional registration (AHPRA, AASW, ACA, PACFA or equivalent)
  • Minimum two years’ experience working in mental health and/or aged care
  • Strong communication, collaboration and clinical skills
  • A commitment to Anglicare’s Vision, Mission and Values
  • NSW Driver Licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle

  • Strong professional support through supervision, reflective practice and peer collaboration
  • Work aligned to Anglicare’s values, contributing to meaningful outcomes for older people and care staff
