Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering 0-2 years of experience in electrical system design, construction, or relevant project management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply) Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) licensure is a strong advantage.
Technical / Functional Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software for electrical design
Proficiency in Office productivity tools (e.g docs, worksheet, slides)
Strong skills in power system analysis, distribution design software and project management tools.

- Conduct on-site surveys and assessments to determine the technical requirements and feasibility of electrification projects in remote sitios.
- Prepare detailed electrical designs, including single-line diagrams, load computations, material specifications, and bill of quantities, adhering to relevant Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) standards.
- Oversee the construction, installation, and commissioning of electrical distribution lines and house wiring connections, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Monitor project progress, manage timelines and budgets, and provide regular reports to project stakeholders.
- Possesses a strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and rural electrification challenges.
- Is highly adaptable and capable of working effectively in remote and challenging field environments.
- Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to find practical solutions for technical and logistical issues.
- Is a proactive communicator, able to coordinate with diverse teams and community members.
