- The Senior Security Specialist Program Manager shall be responsible for coordinating schedules in order to maintain staffing at all visitor desks for the purpose of providing access control during business hours, ensuring a cleared access control presence at the referenced visitor desks during working hours is extremely important.
- The SSS/PM will be responsible for training Access Control Specialists.
- Must provide support in any contractor role when any employee is out of office.
- Must provide assistance to the COMSEC manager by assisting with the following:
- Transferring/receiving/hand receipting COMSEC material for OTD to/from FBICOR and other locations
- Bi-annual COMSEC inventory, shipment of COMSEC items, and completion and filing of paperwork.
- The SSS/PM will be required to implement the policies and procedures as outlined in the FBI Central Office of Record COMSEC Manual.
- Must have experience in program planning, execution and oversight capabilities.
- Must execute all assigned duties in a professional manner that demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service.
- The SSS/PM will be required to provide briefings/debriefing.
- The SSS/PM will support other duties as assigned.
- Must be skilled in creating complex spreadsheets (i.e. Excel, etc.), in preparing briefings (i.e. PowerPoint, etc.), Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Must have the ability to manage schedules, deliverables, and resources efficiently.
- Must be knowledgeable and proficient in Access Control Specialist and Security Specialist duties.
- Must possess Top-Secret personnel security clearances and must be eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) special accesses.
- Must have three (3) years security experience in relevant fields, such as industrial security, physical security and computer/network security - OR - a minimum of five (5) years of experience in any security related field.
- Must have experience in program planning, execution and oversight capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree
