As we expand our marketing and communications activities, we are looking for a Content &

Communications Specialist to join our team and take an active role in content creation, PR and

external communications in an international environment.

Your key responsibilities

• Create high-quality content in English for website, blog, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media platforms;
• Regularly update and maintain up-to-date website content;
• Prepare various communication and PR materials;
• Contribute to content planning and campaign execution in cooperation with marketing and sales teams;
• Collaborate with bloggers, content creators and industry opinion leaders to identify suitable partners, and maintain communication and coordinate collaborations;
• Use LLM tools (e.g. ChatGPT) in daily work for content creation, idea generation and optimization;
• Monitor content performance (engagement, reach, etc.) and provide improvement suggestions;
• Independently plan your work and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

What we expect

• Excellent English skills (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage;
• At least 2+ years of experience in content, communications, PR or marketing;
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms;
• Strong interest in content trends and digital communication;
• Experience or confidence working with LLM tools;
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and meet deadlines;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with colleagues, clients and partners;
• Structured, rational approach to work and ability to analyze results;
• Previous experience in tech or telco is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay range and compensation package

• EUR 1,800–2,200 gross, depending on experience and skills.
