What Will Your Day Look Like?

The Senior Machine Operator is responsible for executing the tasks needed for the operation of the production line to ensure that equipment and raw materials are in good working order and that finished product is produced as per specifications and schedule set by Production Supervisor.

How Will You Make an Impact?

• Follow the established procedures and guidelines to manufacture the organisation's products according to production specifications and schedules- volume, cost, wastage targets and quality standards.
• Operate machine and equipment as per instructions received from supervisors.
• Follow instructions, health, safety, and hygiene requirements as per Agthia policy and standards.
• Operate machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
• Ensure technical labours and other staffs follows health and safety regulations at work.
• Report to manager or supervisor any possible problem or hazard present in the working area.
• Coordinate with Maintenance department to trouble-shoot and perform regular maintenance on equipment.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the Supervisor / Manager.
  
  

What Would Make You Successful?

Minimum Qualifications

• High school certificate or equivalent plus Mechanical/ Technical Diploma.
  
  

Minimum Experience

• 6–7 years of Beverage Industry experience.
• Experienced in operating Labeling (Krones), Combi and ErgoBloc (Krones) Machines.
  
  

Functional Knowledge

• Knowledge of machine processes.
• Thorough knowledge of technical components and functioning of manufacturing machines.
• Health and safety standards.
  
  

Job-Specific Skills

• Good communication skills specifically in English (verbal and written).
• Knowledgeable in machine processes & operation including troubleshooting.
